Not if you use the precision tip for short strokes and then brush through with the spoolie before it sets. The silk fibre powders build volume rather than a solid block of colour.
Does it survive humidity?
Yes — once set the colour is waterproof and does not smudge or fade through the day.
Does it do anything for the brows themselves?
The formula carries an AHA brow complex plus Keratin, Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid, which condition with continued use.
How fast will it get here?
